Today the new scholarly knowledge emerges continuously and dynamically. Science ignores both geographical and language barriers. Our journal is ready to publish your latest findings and researches that suggest an up-to-date interpretation of the existent scholarly knowledge based on the new data and hypotheses in global and local geology, geotectonics, lithology, stratigraphy, geophysics, paleovolcanology and metallogeny, magmatism and metamorphism, ore deposits, geochemistry and isotope geology, hydrogeology and geoecology. Findings of fundamental and applied studies are distributed based publication of original materials.
Aims & Purposes:
Geology is an amalgamation of sciences devoted to the structure of Earth, its origin and evolution in the light of geological processes, composition, structure of the earth crust and lithosphere studied with all available methods and using other sciences and studies. Subjects of geological studies are geological items, their properties, structure patterns, layout, origin and evolution through time and space.
Today's world is information-intense. Therefore, an important tool for development and distribution of scholarly knowledge is a scientific journal focused on particular fields of studies. Driven by the respective goal, Geologicheskii Vestnik was established in 2017. The journal became a ground for publishing and discussing a wide range of issues in geology. One more feature of the contemporary science is its cross-disciplinary nature. Pages of the journal reveal works and authors in cross-disciplinary studies, such as geography, geomorphology and hydrology.
The purpose of Geologicheskii Vestnik is to form high-quality researches in geology and allow scientists to exchange ideas despite of their geographical and institutional attributions. The journal aims to promote findings in the global scientific space, to help researchers improve their publications, and to draw attention of the research community to the most relevant and promising studies.
